3D printing a cable organiser, three failures later

Warping, a snapped clip and a spaghetti monster before the fourth print finally worked.

A cable organiser is about the simplest useful thing you can print. It still took four attempts on the Ender-3.

Attempt 3 ended early, in the bad way.

What fixed it

  • Brim on, 8 mm.
  • Clip wall thickness from 1.2 mm to 2 mm.
  • Re-levelled the bed. Then re-levelled it again.
